- New customers will only receive marketing/promo SMS texts if they have voluntarily opted-in. This doesn’t affect welcome text messages, but for marketing/promo SMS texts (as part of the Complete Subscription plan), customers must first opt-in at https://snaployalty.co
- Marketing/promo SMS texts must not contain any external links (i.e. YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
- Text messages must not contain any restricted content as defined in the table below. Snap Loyalty accounts sending text messages, including welcome texts, related to these restricted content will be permanently suspended with no refunds given.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Snap Loyalty at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

The materials on Snap Loyalty’s platform are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. Snap Loyalty makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Snap Loyalty does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its application, website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any linked sites.
Limitations
In no event shall Snap Loyalty or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Snap Loyalty’s app, even if Snap Loyalty or a Snap Loyalty authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
Accuracy of materials
The materials appearing on Snap Loyalty’s platform could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Snap Loyalty does not warrant that any of the materials on its platform are accurate, complete or current. Snap Loyalty may make changes to the materials contained on its application or website at any time without notice. However Snap Loyalty does not make any commitment to update the materials.
Modifications
Snap Loyalty may revise these terms of service for its platform at any time without notice. By using this application you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
Inactive Accounts
In accordance with our data minimization and storage limitation obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we do not retain personal data longer than necessary. If a business account has remained inactive for a continuous period of 24 months and no subscription has ever been purchased, we may permanently delete the account and any associated personal data.
For the purpose of this policy, an account is considered inactive if, during the 24-month period no customer activity has been recorded (including loyalty points being earned or redeemed by customers of the business).
