By opting into our SMS service, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Program Description

Snap Loyalty offers a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), where you will receive SMS messages sent by Snap Loyalty on behalf of the businesses you interact with. These messages may include summaries of your loyalty points, as well as marketing and promotional offers related to those businesses.

How to Opt-In

You may opt-in to the Program by entering your phone number on our web form and affirmatively checking the consent box.

How to Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To opt-out, reply “STOP” from which you are receiving messages. We will send a final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, simply sign up again as you did the first time.

How to Get Help

If you are experiencing any issues with the messaging program, text “HELP” for more assistance. Alternatively, you can get help directly by contacting us at team@snaployaltyapp.com

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message Frequency & Cost

Message frequency will vary. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Your Consent

By opting into the Program, you confirm that you are the owner of the phone number provided or have the authority to provide this number and consent to receive SMS messages from Snap Loyalty as described in these terms.
