If you didn’t receive one, it may because:
→ You’ve opted out from receiving our SMS by replying “STOP”. To check your balance or to opt back in, email us your phone number along with your name to firstname.lastname@example.org
→ You’ve already checked your points balance within the last 24 hours. To avoid spamming, you can only check your points once per day
→ Your phone number is not enrolled in any business using Snap Loyalty, or they may have registered your phone number incorrectly
→ You entered the phone number incorrectly or you included the country code. In that case, please try again
